We are proud to announce the writers participating in the fifth cycle of our Moving Arts Development Lab (MADlab): Mando Alvarado, Jihan Crowther, Stacy Osei-Kuffour and Victoria Stewart. This year we received twice as many applications from Los Angeles playwrights than the previous year, with an impressive level of artistic quality overall.
The MADlab playwrights will be working with dramaturgs, directors and actors as they craft brand-new plays over the next nine months, culminating in the First Look Reading Series in September, 2018. We look forward to working with these talented artists!
